智通财经APP讯，嘉利国际(01050)公布，于2025年1月10日，公司的间接全资附属公司KarTech Thai(作为买方)与Amata Corporation(作为卖方)订立土地买卖协议，KarTech Thai有条件同意向Amata Corporation收购土地，总代价为约5.016亿泰铢，可予调整。
据悉，土地位于春武里府安美德工业园，由三幅土地组成，总面积为43.7620莱(相等于约70,019平方米)。
透过收购事项，该集团计划在泰国设立制造服务器外壳及相关服务器周边产品的新生产厂房，以扩大海外厂房的产能、回应全球综合服务器外壳解决方案的上升需求、发掘新客户及商机，以及优化全球供应链管理。
同日，公司的间接全资附属公司Karwin Thai(作为承租人)与Amata Summit(作为出租人)就租赁物业订立租赁协议。作为可满足客户订单的临时措施，该集团于土地上建造上述新生产厂房期间已租赁物业用作临时厂房。
