建业地产2024年12月合同销售额213亿元 同比增长42.5%
财中社1月10日电建业地产（00832）发布公告，2024年12月份，公司取得物业合同销售金额为213亿元，同比增长42.5%；合同销售建筑面积为21万平方米，同比增长21.9%；每平方米平均销售价格为7286元，同比增长16.9%。截至2024年12月31日，公司已取得物业合同销售总额101.1亿元，同比减少31.1%；总合同销售建筑面积为149万平方米，同比减少31.3%；每平方米平均销售价格为6767元，同比增长0.3%。
