1月10日，中国证监会国际合作司披露了《关于沪上阿姨（上海）实业股份有限公司境外发行上市及境内未上市股份“全流通”备案通知书》。

根据备案通知书，沪上阿姨拟发行不超过13,088,260股境外上市普通股并在香港联合交易所上市，公司17名股东拟将所持合计56,653,706股境内未上市股份转为境外上市股份，并在香港联合交易所上市流通。

沪上阿姨是一家快速增长的现制饮品公司。根据灼识咨询，按照2023年门店总数计算，沪上阿姨在中国北方中价现制茶饮店品牌排名第一。截至2024年6月30日，沪上阿姨全国门店总数进一步拓展至8437间门店，覆盖中国全部四个直辖市，以及位于五个自治区及22个省份的300多个城市，门店网络覆盖北至中国黑龙江省漠河，南至中国海南省三亚。

财务数据方面，根据其最新版招股书，于2021年至2022年，沪上阿姨的收入及净利润分别增长34%、79.2%，于2022年至2023年，沪上阿姨的收入及净利润分别增长52.3%及159.5%。
