财中社1月9日电康华医疗（03689）发布公告，宣布公司已与买方（与银山资本受共同控制）签署买卖协议，出让康心医院55%股权，代价为3494万元。此次交易的完成将导致康心医院不再是公司的附属公司，其财务业绩将不再合并入公司的财务业绩。公司预计剩余的45%股权将按权益法入账列作于联营公司的权益。
根据公告，康心医院已完成分立，成立了物业公司作为全资附属公司，持有康心医院运营所需的土地和建筑物。公司通过物业公司保留了康心医院运营所需土地及建筑物的100%拥有权，并将其出租给康心医院用于运营。公告中提到，康心医院截至2021年、2022年及2023年12月31日的收入分别约为3779万元、5358万元及7286万元，复合年增长率为24.5%。
