【机构：2024年锂电行业共公告18起并购重组事件 目前已有7起完成重组事宜】金十数据1月14日讯，据高工产业研究院（GGII）统计，2024年锂电行业共公告了18起并购重组事件，目前已有7起完成重组事宜。18起并购重组案例中，收购标的几乎遍及锂电产业各主要细分环节，其中锂电池和锂电回收环节企业数量最多，均为3家，其次是锂盐和辅材环节，均为2家。从项目收购股份份额来看，16家已披露收购股份企业中有9起案例收购份额在51%及以上；收购金额方面，6起事件收购金额在1亿元以上，5起事件收购金额在1亿元以下，另有7起没有披露金额；从已披露的金额来看，金额最大的一笔是服装公司日播时尚集团拟用数十亿元收购锂电辅材企业茵地乐71%股份。
