Sonos (SONO) said Monday that it has named board member Tom Conrad as interim chief executive, effective immediately.
He will succeed Patrick Spence, who is stepping down, the wireless speaker company said.
Conrad has been an independent member of the company's board since 2017 and is the outgoing CEO of Zero Longevity Science, Sonos said.
Sonos said it has hired an executive search firm to help find its next CEO.
Shares of Sonos were up more than 3% in recent Monday's premarket activity.
