龙蟠科技(02465.HK) (603906.SH) 公布，拟以现金1.01亿元人民币(下同)收购龙蟠国际持有的山东美多100%股权，并在收购完成后对其增资5,000万元。
山东美多锂电池回收项目位于鄄城化工产业园，建设完成后可年综合回收利用废锂离子电池及废电池极片2.5万吨。锂电池回收项目满产系指连续7个工作日产能利用率达到设计产能的70%以上。由于山东美多去年大部分时间仍处于项目建设阶段，直至12月底设备才达到满产条件，故截止目前尚未实现规模销售。
目前，山东美多已实现销售碳酸锂100吨，销售对象为国内知名新能源电池制造和营运服务商下属企业，该销售对象与山东美多及公司无关联关系。销售金额合计746万元，均已回款到账。根据年处理2.5万吨废锂离子电池及废电池极片测算，山东美多预计碳酸锂日产能约11.212吨。山东美多于去年12月25至31日期间，单日碳酸锂产量已达8吨，连续7个工作日产能利用率约71.35%。
公司认为，本次收购山东美多，有利于坚定落实公司“垂直一体化”的发展战略，进一步优化产品结构，有利于降低原材料成本，有利于增强上市公司独立性和核心竞争力、减少关联交易，从而促进公司经营发展的持续性与稳定性。公司拟继续推进收购山东美多科技公司并对其增资事宜。(jl/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。) (A股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
