智通财经APP讯，明源云(00909)发布公告，公司董事会获悉，执行董事兼公司一名控股股东陈晓晖先生(“陈先生”)增持了公司股份(“增持事项”)，详情如下。
于2025年1月14日，陈先生透过其控制的实体Heng Xin Yuan Investment Limited(“Heng Xin Yuan”)在公开市场以平均每股2.44港元的价格购买合共200万股公司股份，占公司于本公告日期已发行股份总额的约0.10%。紧接增持事项后，HengXinYuan和陈先生分别直接持有公司股份2.87亿股和被视为持有约2.91亿股股份的权益，占公司于本公告日期已发行股份总数约14.75%和14.95%。
如陈先生所告知，进行增持事项乃由于彼对集团整体发展前景和增长潜力怀揣十足信心，不排除于合适时机在遵守适用法律及监管规定的前提下，进一步增持公司股份。
