创维集团转让附属公司30%股权 交易额达3亿元
财中社1月15日电创维集团（00751）发布公告，2025年1月15日，公司间接全资附属公司深圳创维—RGB与深圳知力签署股权转让协议，转让其全资子公司创维显示科技7.151%股权，代价为7151万元。同时，深圳创维—RGB还与深圳知汇、深圳知智及深圳知实签署其他股权转让协议，合计转让创维显示科技22.849%股权，总代价为2.28亿元。
公告中提到，深圳知力的股权转让协议所涉及的代价适用百分比率超出0.1%但低于5%，因此该交易需遵守上市规则第14A章的申报及公告规定，但获得豁免独立股东批准。此交易将有助于员工激励制度的实施，管理层相信通过让员工成为业务持份者，将增强其对公司发展的专注与承诺。
