智通财经APP讯，易生活控股(00223)发布公告，于2025年1月15日，公司接获联交所就股份复牌而发出的函件，当中载列以下复牌指引：
(a)根据上市规则的规定刊发所有尚未公布的财务业绩并处理任何审计修改;
(b)就2024年中期有关公司若干经营附属公司的问题进行独立法证调查，评估对公司业务营运及财务状况的影响，公布调查结果，并采取适当补救行动;
(c)证明监管当局对集团管理层及╱或对公司管理及营运具有重大影响力的任何人士的诚信、能力及╱或品格并无任何可能会为投资者带来风险及损害市场信心的合理疑虑;
(d)进行独立内部监控审查，并证明公司设有充足的内部监控及程序，足以符合上市规则的规定;
(e)证明公司遵守上市规则第13.24条;
(f)向市场通报所有重大资料，让公司股东及其他投资者得以评估公司的状况。
