BII Railway Transportation Technology Holdings (HKG:1522) said that the circular containing information regarding the cooperation agreement between its subsidiary BII Technology Development and Beijing Infrastructure Investment will be delayed till Jan. 14.
The delay was caused by the company needing more time to finalize some of the information required for the circular, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
On Dec. 19, 2024, BII Technology Development, a subsidiary of the company, entered into the mentioned cooperation agreement with Beijing Infrastructure Investment.
Under the agreement, Beijing Infrastructure Investment is to provide certain resources for the civil communication transmission systems in the subway lines of the Beijing Subway.
