碧瑶绿色(01397.HK) 宣布,于1月13日联交所交易时段后,公司与两名订约方就潜在收购一家公司的全部已发行股本订立投资意向书。待达成若干先决条件及公司与卖方进一步磋商后,公司有意按总代价1.35亿元分三期,以现金付款的方式购买目标公司的全部股权,并以溢利保证及代价调整为前提。
目标公司在香港从事物业管理业务,提供一系列服务,包括但不限于物业及设施管理、维修及保养、安保、清洁及害虫防治。
碧瑶绿色指,一直对其营运进行全面检讨,并积极寻求业务及投资机会,以扩大及多元化集团的业务组合及收入来源,从而促进业务增长。董事会相信,潜在收购事项一旦落实,将扩大收入来源并提升集团的财务表现,最终实现公司及股东利益的最大化。(ha/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
