一封致投资者的信显示，潘兴广场资本管理提议把旗下一家子公司跟房地产公司Howard Hughes Holdings（HHH）合并。

　　这封发布在公司网站上的信显示，Bill Ackman经营的这家投资公司向Howard Hughes股东开价每股85美元，其中大部分将以现金支付。

　　这比8月份潘兴广场表达交易意向时Howard Hughes的股价溢价38.3%。Ackman的公司当时表示，它拥有这家房地产公司37.5%的股份，正在跟Jefferies Financial Group Inc．合作，可能收购Howard Hughes所有其他股份。

　　“我们无意对HHC的组织、员工或其长期战略进行任何调整，”Ackman在信中表示，“我们预计交易完成后所有HHH现有员工将继续留用。”
