海峡石油化工(00852.HK) 公布，集团前任首席财务官关珮珊、王健生及其儿子王鹏涉嫌挪用集团资产的最新情况。
外部调查员认为，王健生存在滥用职权及利益冲突的情形，其为自身及王鹏的利益而绕过公司的内部控制。另外，关珮珊未能确保遵守相关的内部控制政策，未能确保会计记录真实反映公司的财务交易，且未能报告欺诈及未经授权的申索。
外部调查员亦指，上述行为已触犯香港法例项下的多项盗窃及不诚实相关罪行，建议将涉嫌挪用提交有关执法机构进行刑事调查。
公告亦提及，旗下间接全资附属公司淄博海峡汇能石油化工，以及海南海峡汇能石油化工并未遵循有关贸易合同的营运指示，并且不当地将超过1,100万美元转移至外部实体。张河目前仍担任淄博汇能的法定代表人一职，彼曾为海南汇能的前总经理。尽管张河于去年10月终止雇佣合同，彼并无配合交接淄博汇能的印章、U-key及银行令牌。另外，淄博汇能的财务人员拒绝向海峡石油化工提供财务报表。
应海峡石油化工要求，其股份由去年12月31日起停牌，并将继续暂停买卖。(js/w)
