智通财经APP获悉，中教控股(00839)盘中跌近6%，低见2.99港元再创上市新低，截至发稿，跌4.4%，报3.04港元，成交额3506.38万港元，总市值已跌至83亿港元左右。
消息面上，中教控股此前发布2024财年业绩，期内净利润同比跌70%至4.18亿元人民币，主要由于其在四川、陕西和澳洲的学校业务商誉及无形资产计提15.47亿元人民币的非现金减值损失。公司维持约40%的派息率。
国信证券指出，整体而言，期内高等教育招生仍稳步推进，公司收入维持稳健增长，展望未来伴随广东以及山东扩张项目推进，内生增长有望延续，且在资本开支高峰期度过以及财务费率逐渐改善带动下，利润率也有望改善。
