卓越教育集团计划回购10.3万股股份 平均价3.65港元
财中社1月14日电卓越教育集团（03978）发布公告，宣布根据受限制股份单位计划于2025年1月14日在公开市场上购买了合共10.3万股股份。此次股份购买的平均代价为3.65港元，总代价为38万港元。已购买股份占截至公告日期已发行股份总数的约0.01%。股份购买后，受限制股份单位受托人持有1.1亿股股份，其中包括1098万股已归属待转让给相关承授人。
公司董事会认为当前股价低估了公司的业务表现及潜在价值，认为此次股份购买是一个良机，以解决基于受限制股份单位计划授出股份来源的问题。公司对自身业务前景充满信心，并希望通过此举吸引人才，推动关键员工的利益与公司利益达成一致，从而为全体股东创造价值。公司目前的财务状况足以支持股份购买，同时维持业务的可持续发展。
