兆科眼科-B(06622.HK) 公布，与AFT Pharmaceuticals Limited(一间以新西兰为基地的健康护理产品制造商及分销商)就BRIMOCHOL PF订立分销及供应协议。
BRIMOCHOL PF为不含防腐剂的每日一次瞳孔调节滴眼液，用于矫正因老花眼而丧失近距离视力的疗法。
根据协议条款，兆科眼科有权授予AFT于澳洲及新西兰进口、分销、推广、营销及销售BRIMOCHOL PF的独家权利。作为协议的一部分，AFT将代表公司取得相关的当地药物注册。公司将收取一笔不可退还及不可抵扣的预付款，并可按照若干成就获得额外的里程碑付款。(ha/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
