智通财经APP讯，硅鑫集团(08349)发布公告，谭德机已辞任独立非执行董事，自2025年1月12日起生效，以投入更多时间于彼的其他业务承担。谭先生亦不再担任公司薪酬委员会的主席，以及审核委员会及风险管理委员会各自的成员，自同日起生效。
自2025年1月12日起，继谭先生辞任后，以下董事会委员会的组成将变更如下：(1)薪酬委员会：谭先生将不再担任主席，而龙梅女士将接替谭先生担任主席;(2)审核委员会：谭先生将不再担任成员，而文鹏先生将接替谭先生担任成员;及(3)风险管理委员会：谭先生将不再担任成员，而文鹏先生将接替谭先生担任成员。
