智通财经APP讯，中国中药(00570)发布公告，董事会于2025年1月15日作出决议，因工作内容调整，杨秉华先生、王刊先生、孟庆鑫先生、李茹女士、杨文明先生及程学仁先生已辞任非执行董事，有关安排即时生效。自辞任非执行董事生效后，杨秉华先生亦不再担任董事会提名委员会委员，杨文明先生及程学仁先生亦不再担任董事会战略委员会委员。
自2025年1月15日起生效：刘海建先生已获委任为非执行董事及提名委员会委员;李向荣先生已获委任为非执行董事及战略委员会委员;祖敬先生已获委任为非执行董事及战略委员会委员;许京辉女士已获委任为非执行董事及董事会审核委员会委员;黄灏先生已获委任为非执行董事。
