消息面上，龙蟠科技发布公告，公司控股孙公司LBM NEW ENERGY (AP) PTE. LTD.(以下简称"锂源(亚太)")与BlueOval Battery Park, Michigan(以下简称"Blue Oval")签署了《供应协议》(以下简称"协议")。协议约定，由锂源(亚太)向Blue Oval销售磷酸铁锂正极材料，为期五年，具体单价由双方根据本协议条款逐月确定，本合同达到《上海证券交易所股票上市规则》规定的披露标准。
公告称，该协议为日常经营相关的销售合同，公司签订该协议有助于与下游合作伙伴建立长期稳定的关系，有助于公司产品的稳定销售，符合公司发展战略规划。若该合同能顺利履行，将对公司未来业绩产生积极影响。
