金吾财讯 | 复兴亚洲(00274)表示，公司认为清盘呈请完全缺乏理据及滥用程序。因此，公司将强烈反对呈请，并已指示法律顾问就此目的，以及可能对呈请人及涉及恶意提出呈请的其他人士提出诉讼。公司拟于2025年1月底前向香港高等法院申请生效令。尽管现金结余约为680万港元，呈请所涉及的申索约为300万港元，公司认为，呈请对集团的业务营运并无任何重大影响，且集团于公告日期的营运维持正常，原因为(i)公司主要股东之一(合共持有公司已发行股份约10.3%)已承诺提供财务支持；(ii)公司一直与其若干债权人就债务资本化进行持续磋商，以加强其财务状况；及(iii)呈请所涉及的申索完全缺乏理据。呈请仅向香港高等法院提交，于公告日期，香港高等法院尚未发出清盘令以将公司清盘。
