北京控股环境集团董事会人员变动 罗胜强获任独立非执行董事
财中社1月16日电北京控股环境集团（00154）发布公告，董事会宣布独立非执行董事金立佐博士和聂永丰教授已提出辞任，原因分别为金博士任职满二十年及聂教授已届七十九岁。两位董事均确认与董事会无意见分歧，也无其他需向股东披露的事项。
同时，董事会宣布罗胜强博士获委任为新的独立非执行董事，并将担任审计委员会成员。罗博士拥有丰富的财务和管理经验，曾在多家公司担任重要职务。其任命即日起生效，且无指定任期。此外，独立非执行董事苗莉女士被委任为薪酬委员会主席，以填补金博士离任后的空缺。
