通过与法国苏伊士的国际协作，双方将进一步促进资源的循环利用，助力欧盟绿色经济目标的实现。此外，Huayou Green Energy Technology Netherlands B.V.华友绿能科技荷兰有限公司(“华友荷兰绿能”)于2024年12月27日与晋景新能(01783)签订电池回收合作协议。该合作是华友循环与晋景新能战略合作的一部分。2024年9月，晋景新能与华友循环签订谅解备忘，在电池回收及逆向物流业务方面开展合作。根据协议，双方将依托欧洲现有的31个回收服务网点，为终端客户提供一站式电池回收及处理服务。华友荷兰绿能还将按照欧盟最新电池法，在其欧洲本地化处理点中合规处理晋景新能收集的各类锂电池。
