智通财经APP获悉，国联证券(01456)尾盘涨超6%，截至发稿，涨5.8%，报4.01港元，成交额6256.56万港元。
消息面上，1月13日晚间，国联证券发布公告，宣布公司名称将从“国联证券股份有限公司”变更为“国联民生证券股份有限公司”，A、H股证券简称将从“国联证券”变更为“国联民生”，公司注册资本由28.32亿元变更为54.72亿元。
国信证券此前指出，国联证券收购民生证券将显著增强公司实力。该行指出，合并后业务规模显著扩大；公司与民生证券优势互补，合并后各业务条线实力均增强，投行及经纪增强最明显。考虑到公司在基金投顾等买方财富管理领域布局较早，资产规模稳步扩张且杠杆率高于行业均值，与民生证券合并后综合实力大幅提升，看好公司后续各项主要业务的市占率提升。
