智通财经APP获悉，旅游概念股午后走高，截至发稿，同程旅行(00780)涨4.5%，报18.58港元；中国中免(01880)涨4.01%，报47.95港元；携程集团-S(09961)涨1.75%，报505港元；香港中旅(00308)涨1.06%，报0.95港元。
消息面上，国务院办公厅印发《关于进一步培育新增长点繁荣文化和旅游消费的若干措施》，涵盖激发文化及旅游消费潜力、完善相关政策环境、优化入境旅游政策等多个面向。海通证券指出，随着“免签圈”持续扩容，入境游高增长或成25年春节旅游市场一大亮点，OTA平台预定量显著提高，考虑到25年元旦仅放一天假及外国人入境免签政策红利释放，出游需求有望在春节集中释放。
花旗发表研报指，国务院鼓励有资源的地方政府，根据当地情况推出文化和旅游消费券、消费折扣及奖励兑换等措施，可能使短途旅行和网上旅行社受惠。另外，国务院进一步优化入境政策，包括扩大免签国家覆盖范围、有序延长免签期限等，将有利于携程。花旗认为，上述文件及增加公共假期的措施表明，旅游是促经济的一大方向。
