格隆汇1月14日丨上海石油化工股份(00338.HK)公告，为响应国家有关节能降碳和安全环保的要求，立足上海市及周边地区经济发展和市场需求，依托现有企业基础，充分发挥炼化一体化的优势，优化资源配置，发展高端化工材料，促进企业转型升级，提高企业竞争力，推动企业高质量发展，上海石化拟投资约213.07亿元人民币，在维持原油加工能力不变的基础上，推进公司全面技术改造和提质升级，对炼油装置进行结构调整，关停现有70万吨╱年乙烯等18套装置，新建120万吨╱年乙烯及下游新材料装置。
2025年1月14日，公司召开第十一届董事会第十三次会议审议通过了本项目，本项目尚需提交至公司股东会审议通过。
本项目可有效提升本公司能效水平、本质安全水平和环保水平，提高公司综合竞争力。本项目的实施不会导致公司的主营业务发生变化。
