智通财经APP讯，环康集团(08169)发布公告，本集团预计截至2024年10月31日止年度(本年度)将取得本公司拥有人应占亏损约250万港元至350万港元，而截至2023年10月31日止年度(上年度)本公司拥有人应占溢利约为560万港元。
该预计本年度净亏损主要是由于本年度集团毛利减少约600万港元，主要由于收益及毛利率减少所致。减少的原因在于自来水厂业务的加权平均售水价下降以及收益货币人民币贬值。客户结构的变化，农村居民(支付较低水价)客户比例增加而工业和商业(支付较高水价)客户比例减少，导致加权平均售水价下降;及针对自来水厂业务中部分客户付款延迟的挑战，集团已积极采取措施，加快回收未偿还的应收帐款，目前此流程仍在进行中。为确保审慎的财务管理，集团正考虑就应收帐款的预期信贷亏损拨备约200万至300万港元。
