兴证国际全资子公司购买票据 总支付752万美元
财中社1月13日电兴证国际（06058）发布公告，董事会宣布于2025年1月10日，公司间接全资附属公司CISI Investment在公开市场购买本金金额为770万美元（约6045万港元）的票据，总代价约为752万美元（约5906万港元）。此次购买事项符合上市规则第14.07条的相关规定，构成须予披露交易，但获豁免遵守股东批准之规定。
此次票据的主要条款包括由怡锦投资有限公司发行，四川发展国际控股有限公司为担保人，票据的本金总额为5亿美元，票面息率为2.8%，到期日为2026年8月18日。董事会认为，此次购买将有助于公司拓宽收入来源，符合公司的投资策略，并为股东带来稳定回报。购买事项的资金来自公司的内部资源，且票据卖方及其实益拥有者均为独立第三方。
