Fossil Group Parts Ways With COO Amid Strategy Shift; Shares Decline

Fossil Group (FOSL) said Monday that it has informed Chief Operating Officer Jeffrey N. Boyer of plans to eliminate his position as part of the company's ongoing transform and grow strategy.

Boyer will remain with the company through Friday, Fossil said in a securities filing.

Fossil shares were down 7.7% in recent Monday trading.
