NBN Co must streamline its installation process

The government’s extra $3 billion NBN investment risks becoming another questionable expenditure unless NBN Co addresses its installation hurdles (“High-fibre plan: Labor tips another $3b into NBN”).

My recent experience illustrates why only 86,000 premises adopted fibre from 1.5 million eligible under the previous $2.4 billion program. When I needed faster internet, Starlink delivered equipment from overseas within 10 days with simple self-installation.
