Titan America, a manufacturer and supplier of heavy building materials and services, plans to sell shares through an initial public offering, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing on Monday.
The company didn't say how many shares it would offer, or give an expected per share price range.
Titan said its sales rose to $1.6 billion in 2023, up from $539 million in 2013. During that same period, net income climbed to was $155.2 million from a loss of $65.4 million.
The company has applied on to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol TTAM.
