齐合环保附属公司亏损约3480万元，公司启动追讨内部贷款
财中社1月14日电齐合环保（00976）发布公告，指出其全资附属公司金炼国际集团有限公司持有绿鑫钟清洁能源有限公司60%的股权。绿鑫钟的40%股权由山东大磁场环保工程有限公司持有。公告显示，标集团公司在截至2023年12月31日和2024年6月30日的财务期间均处于亏损状态，其收入及资产总值占集团的比例均少于5%。截至公告日，集团内部贷款的本金及利息约达6670万元。
由于内部贷款已逾期，集团内部贷款人于2024年11月下旬发出催款函，要求烟台立衡于2024年12月偿还贷款，但未得到任何款项的偿还。随后，管理层要求烟台立衡提交账目和记录，但未获理会，导致管理层指派法律顾问进行调查。调查初步结果显示，烟台立衡及其子公司存在可疑贷款及虚假申报等多项违规行为，导致其在2024年下半年出现异常巨额亏损，合计约3480万元。
针对发现的违规情况，集团已采取一系列措施，包括向烟台立衡及其实际控制人李玉虎提起正式索偿，报告相关部门处理虚假文件及申报，并向金融及税务机关投诉。集团强调将严厉追讨内部贷款，并将追究相关责任人的法律责任。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖股份时需谨慎。
