消息面上，康宁杰瑞生物制药今早宣布，HER2双特异性抗体偶联药物（ADC）与PD-L1抑制剂的高浓度皮下注射复方制剂JSKN033治疗晚期转移性恶性实体瘤的中国Ⅰ/Ⅱ期临床研究（研究编号：JSKN033-102）在复旦大学附属肿瘤医院完成首例患者给药。
JSKN033是康宁杰瑞自主研发的全球首个以皮下注射方式进入人体研究的ADC与PD-L1抑制剂的高浓度复方制剂，将免疫疗法（KN035）与ADC（JSKN003）相结合以提高疗效，并通过优化给药途径提升了安全性和便捷性。在澳大利亚进行的首次人体Ⅰ/Ⅱ期临床研究中，JSKN033显示了良好的安全性和令人鼓舞的抗肿瘤活性。
