金吾财讯 | 交银国际表示，美国12月非农新增就业25.2万人，大超预期的16万人，前值由22.7万人修正为21.2万人。12月失业率降至4.1%，预期和前值均为4.2%。劳动参与率维持不变在62.5%，持平预期和前值。12月平均时薪同比增速降至3.9%，预期4.0%，上月4.0%；平均时薪环比增0.3%，预期0.3%，上月为0.4%。平均每周工时为34.3，预期和前值均为34.3。该行指，12月非农新增就业数据超过市场预期近10万人，也是自10月非农大幅下降后，连续第二个月就业新增超过20万人。11月非农就业大幅增加主要来自于此前飓风和罢工的修复，且市场早有预期因而反应相对平缓。12月非农新增就业的大幅增加则再次确认了美国劳动力市场的韧性，该行认为就业市场的持续反弹可归结为以下三个因素：1）降息以及经济软着陆带来的正向效应，企业扩大招聘；2）特朗普胜选后的首个非农就业数据，减税及放松监管等潜在前景提振企业信心；以及3）适逢圣诞季，零售及休闲酒店部门就业大幅增加为短期驱动因素。
