Apollo Global Management Agrees to Buy Argo Infrastructure Partners

Apollo Global Management (APO) said Monday it has agreed to acquire Argo Infrastructure Partners in a stock-and-cash deal.

Details of the transaction were not available, but Apollo said the deal will add about $6 billion in assets to Apollo's infrastructure platform and is expected to be modestly accretive to fee-related earnings in 2026.

The transaction is expected to close in Q2 and Argo will operate under Apollo's Sustainability and Infrastructure group, the company said.
