消息面上，兆科眼科昨日宣布，公司已与新西兰领先医疗健康产品生产及分销商AFT Pharmaceuticals Limited，就BRIMOCHOLTM PF订立分销及供应协议。据悉，BRIMOCHOLTM PF为不含防腐剂的一日一次瞳孔调节滴眼液，用作矫正因老花眼而丧失近距离视力的疗法。
根据协议条款，兆科眼科有权将BRIMOCHOLTM PF在澳洲及新西兰的独家分销权授予AFT，以代表公司在当地取得药品注册，并独家进口、推广、分销、营销及销售BRIMOCHOLTM PF。公司将收取一笔不可退还及不可抵扣的预付款，并可按照若干监管成就及商品销售额获得额外的里程碑付款。
