据知情人士透露，黑石集团已聘请财务顾问探讨歌曲版权的出售事宜，包括鲍勃·迪伦、阿黛尔和Ariana Grande等人的音乐版权，预计交易规模可能达到30亿美元或更多。

　　知情人士称，阿波罗、美国华平投资集团和淡马锡控股等一些金融公司已表达了收购兴趣。因探讨非公开事项，知情人士要求匿名。知情人士称，无法确保最终会达成协议。

　　作为全球最大的资产管理公司之一，黑石正在试探所谓的履约权这个一直存在泡沫的市场。该公司拥有表演权组织SESAC主管的业务资产，后者为数以千计的词曲作者收取版权费。

　　在私募股权巨头TPG Inc．以交易估值33亿美元卖出所持另一家表演权组织GMR的权益后，潜在买家几个月前接触了黑石集团。知情人士称，黑石正在寻求以类似的估值条款安排SESAC交易。不过，他们警告说，这个价格可能对一些买家来说太高了。

　　黑石、阿波罗、华平和淡马锡均不予置评。Billboard去年12月曾报道称，该公司已收到意向书。
