消息面上，国金证券指出，AI硬件落地开拓新篇章，获歌尔投资确定性提升。公司主要做贴合式镜片方案，目前已成功建立XR研发服务中心，并在泰国购置土地以支持XR产品的生产，有望覆盖对美敞口；24年12月29日晚公司公告歌尔已与康耐特若干现有股东(控股股东除外)协商收购不超过4280万股(占公司配售前/配售后10.0%/8.9%的股份)，若配售+收购完成，预计歌尔将持有公司股份20%。依托长期积累的定制化镜片能力，后续有望突破海内外头部客户。
申万宏源表示，智能眼镜蓬勃发展，公司积极布局具备先发优势，歌尔拟连续认购、收购公司股权，彰显产业链认可，同时有望赋能公司相关业务发展，打开未来增长空间。国泰君安认为，AI智能眼镜是AI落地的最佳硬件载体，行业步入快速发展期，公司合作事项顺利、将率先受益。
