中国创意控股宣布终止合约安排
财中社1月15日电中国创意控股（08368）发布公告，因应集团近年业务重心的转移及行政效率的简化，决定于2025年1月15日终止与相关订约方的合约安排。所有前合约实体已成为公司的间接附属公司，其业务将继续由公司经营，并将其财务业绩合并入集团的综合财务报表。
在重组过程中，光影互动于2024年7月完成了从无限印象传媒收购易聚传媒90%股权，代价为113万元，并向无限印象传媒转让八方无限的100%股权，代价为500万元。此外，集团间接全资附属公司高光盛彩文化传媒于2025年1月8日收购了无限印象传媒的100%股权，代价为389万元。重组后，公司的业务将更加聚焦于无需外资持股的领域，预计不会对公司的运营和财务状况产生不利影响。
