智通财经APP讯，国银金租(01606)公布，公司作为出租人与承租人益阳东创投资建设有限责任公司于2025年1月15日(交易时段后)订立本次融资租赁合同，据此，(i)出租人以代价人民币4亿元向承租人购买本次租赁物，及出租人同意向承租人出租本次租赁物，租赁期为60个月，租赁利息于租赁期内总额共计约为人民币5000万元。
本次租赁物为位于中国湖南省益阳市的电子产品生产设备。
