交银国际收购第二批SUMI票据 代价约7858万港元
交银国际（03329）发布公告，2025年1月14日，Preferred Investment在场外市场以约100.097美元的价格收购第二批SUMI票据，代价约为1001万美元（相当于约7858万港元）。此次收购与先前于2025年1月8日收购的第一批SUMI票据合并计算，最高适用百分比率低于25%但高于5%，因此构成须予披露交易。
在先前的收购中，Preferred Investment以约100.236美元的价格收购第一批SUMI票据，代价约为501万美元（相当于约3934万港元）。两次收购均由公司内部资源提供资金，SUMI票据由三井住友金融集团发行并于卢森堡证券交易所上市。此次收购为集团提供了长期投资机会，旨在利用资本资源产生相对稳定的投资回报。
