高等法院提出的清盘呈请，内容有关融创中国旗下间接全资附属公司Shining Delight Investment Limited作为借款人，以及融创中国作为担保人未向呈请人偿还贷款，涉及本金总额3,000万美元及应计利息。
截至上周五(10日)， 高等法院并无颁布清盘令以将融创中国清盘。 且清盘呈请的提出不代表呈请人能成功对融创中国进行清盘。融创服务董事会认为，清盘呈请对集团的财务表现及营运将无重大影响。(js/w)
