路透新加坡1月13日 - 油价周一开盘触及三个多月来的最高水平，延续涨势，因市 场预期美国加大力度制裁俄罗斯石油业，将导致俄对中印供应受抑 。
2339 GMT，布兰特原油期货 攀升1.35美元，或1.69%，至每桶81.11美元，此前 触及81.44美元的盘中高点，为8月27日以来最高。
美国西德克萨斯中质油$(WTI)$期货 上涨1.40美元，或1.83%，至每桶77.97美元 ，此前触及10月8日以来高点78.32美元。
美国财政部周五对俄罗斯石油生产商俄气石油(Gazprom Neft) 与苏尔古特油 气公司(Surgutneftegas)以及183艘运输俄罗斯石油的船只实施制裁。
交易商和分析师表示，由于美国对俄罗斯生产商和船只实施的新制裁，限制了对莫斯科 最重要客户的供应，中国与印度炼厂将从中东、非洲和美洲采购更多石油，从而推高价格与 运费。(完)
