Latitude Group Lifts Capital Notes Quarterly Distribution to AU$2.31

Latitude Group (ASX:LFS) changed its capital notes quarterly distribution payable on Jan. 28 to AU$2.31, up from AU$1.61, reflecting a revised franked component of 0%, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Conduit foreign income of AU$2.31 per note was also applied, the filing said.

The capital notes prospectus indicates that the franking rate may fluctuate over time, and distributions may be partially, fully, or not franked at all, according to the filing.
