智通财经APP讯，未来世界控股(00572)发布公告，于2025年1月15日(交易时段后)，本公司与认购人朱煜信先生订立认购协议，本公司有条件同意配发及发行，而认购人有条件同意按价格每股认购股份0.6港元认购2318.83万股认购股份。认购价总额1391.3万港元将由认购人以抵销承兑票据项下同等未偿还金额的方式结算。
于本公布日期，承兑票据的未偿还总额(包括应计利息)为1391.3万港元。本公司拟于完成后赎回全部承兑票据。
认购股份占本公司于本公布日期现有已发行股本约9.13%及本公司经配发及发行认购股份扩大的已发行股本约8.37%。
