格隆汇1月14日｜IAC周一宣布，董事会批准分拆其于2017年收购的家居装修业务Angi，预计分拆将于今年第二季完成。作为分拆的一部分，IAC首席执行官Joey Levin将离职并继续担任公司顾问，另外，Levin将担任Angi的执行主席。Angi盘后涨超9%。
