海通国际发布研报称，固生堂召开近期情况公开交流电话会议。公司预计饮片联采对集团整体毛利率的影响微弱；公司表示，2025年将实行三个重要策略，会员制升级为健康险产品，通过收购保险经纪公司，切入商保市场；开年后全面推行合伙人计划；在海外部分国家形成一定的经营规模。此外，公司表示，2025年计划通过布局二级医院再次进入统筹医保；2025年深圳区域收入计划增长25%，主要通过新的用户增长计划等。
华安证券此前指出，医保管理趋于严格，违规门店整顿、处罚、停业等力度不一，该行认为合规医疗的环境下患者将用脚选择品牌知名度高、服务优质、管理严格、收费合理的大型连锁医疗服务集团，公司有望凭借其高效合法合规的经营管理能力吸引更多患者就医，并吸引更多优质医生加入，形成良性循环。
