Inner Mongolia Xingye Silver & Tin Mining (SHE:000426) completed the acquisition of 85% of Chifeng Yubang Mining, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosure on Wednesday.
The stake was bought for 2.39 billion yuan in December 2024.
Yubang Mining is now the Chinese metal manufacturer's holding subsidiary after the transaction, the disclosure stated.
