消息面上，康耐特光学于24年12月23日发布向歌尔配售5332.5万股，配售价为15.86港元/股，净筹8.28亿港元，25年1月6日配售已完成；24年12月29日晚公司公告歌尔已与康耐特若干现有股东(控股股东除外)协商收购不超过4280万股，若配售+收购完成，预计歌尔将持有公司股份20%。
国金证券指出，AI硬件落地开拓新篇章，获歌尔投资确定性提升。公司主要做贴合式镜片方案，目前已成功建立XR研发服务中心，并在泰国购置土地以支持XR产品的生产，有望覆盖对美敞口。该行指出，依托长期积累的定制化镜片能力，后续有望突破海内外头部客户。此外，近视防控带动产品升级、高折射型产品顺应消费者美观需求，公司借助高性价&前瞻布局突围国内市场。
