该男子是雅库特米尔宁斯基区（俄罗斯远东地区萨哈共和国）的一名男性居民。他被俄罗斯联邦安全局（FSB）萨哈共和国分支机构逮捕。FSB 称，该男子“多次使用加密货币向乌克兰武装分子转移资金”，该组织利用这些资金“对俄罗斯联邦的安全进行侦察和颠覆活动”。
